Return and Exchange Our policy lasts only 7 days from the date of receipt of the order and we apologize for replacing or returning products or orders that exceed the regular period. You must contact the email (almadaralhor@gmail.com) or the official WhatsApp at the bottom of the store page for return and exchange requests, stating the order number and a summary of the reason. The products must be in their original condition without being opened, used or damaged for any reason. Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards. . .
To complete the return request, an invoice must be provided directly from our store only and we do not return or exchange goods purchased from other outlets. Stages of the return or exchange process The customer must contact the store by email to make a return request and explain the reason for the request.
The customer ships the product or order to be returned or exchanged at his own expense to the same sender address in the shipping policy.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your shipment. Shipping costs are non-refundable and we do not guarantee that the shipment will reach us unless we receive confirmation from us that we have received the shipment.
Once the products are received and inspected, we will send you a message to inform you that we have received the items. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of the refund or the exchange of the product.
If approved, the request will be processed if the damage is due to manufacturing damage, but if it is due to misuse, improper storage or transportation, we will not compensate and the responsible party will be contacted directly. Late or lost refunds – If any, a refund will be requested from us directly using the same original payment method, but it should be noted that depositing the funds into the customer’s account itself is up to the payment gateway and the card issuing bank to process the refund process and the store has nothing to do with it, usually it should not exceed 15 business days. If you have not received the refund yet, first look for your bank account or payment method used again. Then contact your bank and file an official objection to the process. There is often some processing time before the funds are deposited. If you have done all of this and have not received a response from your bank within 15 days, please contact us at almadaralhor@gmail.com If the product was purchased via a gift card, the amount will be credited to you to be used in future orders.
